For best results use 2-3 times daily.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 200–250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
