Hydrolysed Rice Protein is classified as hypoallergenic (low irritability) and is a high protein source that is lactose free, dairy free, soy free, wheat free and gluten free. It is an ideal protein for vegetarians, vegans and people with protein allergies.

LADYBIRD RICE PROTEIN is enhanced with Spirulina, the richest wholefood source of essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Spirulina is high in protein and contains micronutrients and enzymes, which help with the assimilation of nutrients from the diet.

DOSE:
Mix 30g (1 SCOOP) with 200-250ml of water, milk (low fat, skim, full cream or soy) as desired.
Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.
For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.

LADYBIRD RICE PROTEIN is best taken 2-3 times a day, especially first thing in the morning, 1hour before training and 1 hour after training. Use at other times of day if desired.
